On Site Ski Rental

At the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch there is the ski valet that will hold your skis or board overnight and make it available outside each morning. However, unlike at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, this ski valet does not store your boots, so you will need to take those to your room. However, this service is offered for Bachelor Gulch Club members only, but not hotel guests.

In addition to the ski valet, there is also a ski shop where you can rent equipment and a Beaver Creek lift ticket office, all within the hotel, which is very convenient.

Swimming Pool

There is an outdoor heated pool that is open year-round. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and a few cabanas.

Prices found for a 1-night stay in October (off-season in the mountains) for two adults at The Ritz Carlton start from $399 per night, excluding taxes and fees. Suites are ranging from $699 to $999. During the ski season, you can expect to find room rates starting around $1,000 per night. Getting to Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch 

This 5-star property is located in an exclusive mountain enclave of Bachelor Gulch about twelve miles away from Vail. Vail Ski Area is 18 minutes’ drive away. It will take approximately 110 miles or 2 hours of driving if originating from Denver. The nearest airports are Eagle County Regional Airport (28 miles) and Denver International Airport (132 miles).

To get from either airport to Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch, you can either rent a car or take a shuttle. Private airport shuttle is always the way to go!

If you are traveling to Bachelor Gulch from the west along Interstate 70 during winter months, it is recommended (and sometimes required) that your vehicle has appropriate snow tires, four-wheel drive, and/or chains. The route requires driving over several passes, which are known to have dangerous winter conditions.

​The accommodation at Bear Paw includes condos and townhouses which range from two to four bedrooms​ and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Although bedding varies depending on the unit they generally feature king, queen, twin and bunk rooms. All units also feature an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, in-condo washer/dryers, one underground parking space, private ski lockers and complimentary wifi. Most condos also feature a balcony with bbq grill for families to enjoy.  Guests love the exposed wooden beams, roaring fireplaces, and the warm mountain cabin feel to the condos. Views can vary between units based on their location; generally the even numbered units have valley views, while odd numbered face the mountain. Housekeeping is provided, however, it’s only one mid-week clean per stay.

Although it is a condo style property, Bear Paw Lodge has a front desk with excellent staff as well as concierge, shuttle and housekeeping services. The staff will be happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay. The lodge itself has a great lobby with fireplace, an ideal spot for families to relax or to read a book.

The nearest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), 28 miles from Bear Paw Lodge. It takes about 38 minutes to get from Eagle Airport to Bachelor Gulch. Denver International Airport (DIA) is located 132 miles east of Beaver Creek. It takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes to travel from the Denver Airport to Bear Paw Lodge. Both airports offer direct flights from major cities and other regional airports.

Aspen Pitkin County Airport is 92 miles from the Lodge. Steamboat Yampa Valley Airport is 89 miles northeast. Vail Ski area is 25 minutes’ drive away.

The team at front desk welcome you and get you settled in and help you during your vacation! They are also around during the day to offer tea, coffee, cookies and fruit.

Snow Cloud is situated in the center of Bachelor Gulch, right next to The Ritz Carlton. Although you cannot use all of the hotel facilities free of charge, they do have a ski shop and ticket office should you need to purchase any extras while you are away. You can purchase a daily or weekly pass that grants you access to the Ritz Carlton wellness center. It is also a good spot to spoil yourself with some après ski drinks. Snow Cloud does offer an outdoor hot tub as well.

Snow Cloud is a fantastic Beaver Creek lodging option, providing families with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, and self-contained accommodation close to the resort facilities.

In addition, each has access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and its state-of-the-art spa for a daily fee.

Each Snow Cloud condominium is tastefully decorated with mountain-inspired furnishings and finishes, and brings the outdoors inside with wood ceiling beams, stone fireplaces with heavy timber mantels, and granite countertops. Guests have easy access to the Bachelor Gulch ski lift and enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek and Arrowhead villages. It is luxury at its finest! 

The condos at Snow Cloud are each individually-owned and therefore styles may vary. However, they are all extremely spacious and well equipped considering they are located in such a great position. There are a handful of one and two bedroom options, however, guests particularly like the large three and four-bedroom properties. These may be condo or townhouse style and we think the split level units are the best! The condos boast large bathrooms, and great bedding options in the bedrooms, including king, queens, and bunk beds, all attached to an ensuite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchens have everything you need to cook up a storm, and a washer & dryer is in each condo for convenience. The rooms have a wonderful cabin feel to them, and the kids love the large wooden bunk beds. Premium views are available overlooking the chairlift, while other rooms offer a valley view.

Ski-in, ski-out vacation rentals are available at the Timbers Bachelor Gulch Club at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Resort. These properties are located in Bachelor Gulch, next to Beaver Creek ski mountain and are the most luxurious condos in Beaver Creek.

The club is comprised of 54, two and three bedroom residences. Members purchase a 1/12th deeded interest to a specific residence. Usage is scheduled on a rotating calendar basis. No complicated points systems.  You will know far in advance when your vacation weeks are scheduled.  There are two types of memberships; summer and winter.  Each guarantees an owner with 3 weeks of usage and space available time. In addition to usage at The Timbers Bachelor Gulch, members have reciprocal privileges at other Timbers Resorts properties found around the globe.

Each luxurious two and three bedroom is complete with a gourmet kitchen and an open living and dining area. The two bedrooms have two spacious master suites each with a king bed, and the three bedrooms have two spacious master suites each with a king bed and the third en suite with two double beds. Each condo has a queen pullout sofa in the living room too. (Rollaways are available upon request as well.) The bathrooms have heated Italian marble floors, Jacuzzi tubs, walk in showers, double vanities, luxury shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Luxurious robes are also provided. There is a full size washer & dryer in each condo (laundry detergent is provided).

Maximum occupancy for 2 bedrooms is 6 people, and 3 bedrooms is 8 people. (There are a few exceptions 3 bedrooms 3705 & 3604 allow 10 people. 2 bedrooms 3508, 3510, 3606, 3607, 3609 & 3703 allows 8 people).

Buffalos features seasonal dishes from regional farms and Colorado favorites fashioned from organic poultry, wild seafood and premium beef including, of course, Bison. Daniel’s Bar

Daniel’s Bar on the terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding National Forest and beautiful Colorado sunsets. Serving lunch and dinner, Daniel’s Bar features light fare and grilled Colorado specialties.

Zach’s Cabin is an iconic and carefully preserved authentic Colorado cabin lit at night by only candles and lanterns – an incredible setting for the nightly Raclette dinner.
