About Me

I manage client relations at Blue Sky Limo, focusing on VIP guests and corporate accounts. My responsibilities include training our dispatch team on professional communication standards, handling special requests, and maintaining relationships with hotel concierges and travel coordinators throughout the Vail Valley.

Born and raised in Hanover, New Hampshire, I began my hospitality career at the Hanover Inn while attending River Valley Community College. After earning my Associate’s degree in Business Management, I transferred to Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration to complete my Bachelor’s degree. I joined the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston as a Guest Services Agent and was promoted to the concierge desk within my first year. I worked my way up to Lead Concierge, earning my Les Clefs d’Or membership and developing expertise in guest services.

I moved to Colorado in 2012 to join The St. Regis Aspen as Senior Concierge, drawn by the incredible skiing and the opportunity to work at this amazing property. I joined Blue Sky Limo in 2019, bringing my hospitality background to the transportation industry. In my current role, I work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth execution of itineraries. Whether arranging transfers for a corporate retreat or coordinating family reunions in Colorado, I ensure our service meets the high standards our clients expect.
