- All reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before pickup time. Trips that are not canceled will be charged in full.
- A gate access fee applies to private jet (FBO) arrivals and departures: $25 at the Vail Valley Jet Center and $65 at Rifle.
For groups of up to 12 passengers, two XL SUVs are available with rates starting at $500 for a private one-way transfer, depending on the origin and destination. This setup works well for separate flights, different pickups or different drop-offs, and groups that want more luggage and ski-gear space.
