In addition, we do not ask for any sensitive information such as social security number, income level, etc. throughout our website. We will ask you for the credit card information to process your order. This info will be kept strictly confidential.
We regularly perform a set of scans to make sure that our website is 100% secure. CompliAssure Secured Certificate is available. Also our website is equipped with SSL security system that protects your credit card and personal information.
Please note that 20% standard driver gratuity will be applied to the rates listed on our website. Extra tip for a well-done job is optional, and is greatly appreciated.

All reservations will be charged extra $25/per every 15 minutes for each additional stop, if applicable.
Dining, shopping or grocery stops cannot be guaranteed if not booked in advance.
Rescheduling fee of $60 may apply.
If alternative route needs to be taken (for ex. due to road closures, etc.) additional fee may apply.
A $25.00 gate airport fee will be charged for all Private Jet arrivals and departures.
No Hidden Surcharges, Taxes, Fees, or Gas Surcharges.

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
We accept reservations over the phone and Internet. Credit card information is required on file before a reservation is scheduled. All Internet reservations will be confirmed with you via e-mail.
The receipt will be emailed to your email address on file. If you request a printable receipt for service, it will be mailed to you.
All reservations are subject to availability.
• 4 hours limit for transfers Denver Metro Area from/to Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Cordillera, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park, and Surround Areas. • 6 hours limit for transfer Denver Metro Area from/to Aspen, Snowmass, Carbondale, Basalt, Glenwood Springs, and Surround Areas • 8 hours limit for transfers Denver Metro Area from/to Crested Butte, Gunnison, and Surround Areas. In case transfer takes longer than limited time due but not limited to road closures, road conditions, traffic, accidents, weather delays client will be charged for time over the limit $80.00 per hour for Sedan and $100.00 for SUV. Due to road closures, road conditions, traffic, accidents, weather delays client may ask to change his/her drop off location to closest hotel. But transfer will be completed in this case. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client). Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
We are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Blue Sky Limo is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
Child car seats and booster seats are available for our guests by request only. If you need a car seat(s) or booster seat(s), request one when you make your reservation (please specify child’s age and weight).
If you prefer to use your own car seat, we can store it for you while you are enjoying your trip and will have them available to you when you are ready to return back to the Airport. Please note that storing your car seat requires an Advance Round-Trip Reservation.
Please Note: Passengers are obligated to inspect and install baby car seat. Blue Sky Limo is not responsible for any incident may occur caused by Baby Car Seat. Please make sure to follow Child safety seats installation instruction carefully!
All limo reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. All not canceled trips will be charged in full for the reservation.
A ‘no call, no show’ fee equal to the full limo service price of the trip plus 20% gratuity, plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger who fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a ‘no show’ fee, please call: (970)-376-7849 or (970)-301-6818 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
The reservation is considered non-refundable in case flight is diverted to a different airport for any reason. It can be rescheduled (depending on availability), but no refund will be issued if reservation is cancelled.
All Refunds are subject to a fee of 7% of the total (fare + gratuity) amount to cover credit card processing fees.
WAITING TIME POLICY:
Blue Sky Limo waiting time is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle and is charged at 15-minute increments. Time spent waiting at additional stop(s) will be charged as waiting time as well . Blue Sky Limo has a 15-minute grace period for all time overages on the way to reserved destination. All stops must be pre-arranged before the rental begins. Due to the size of our vehicles and safety concerns, all unplanned stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur. Blue Sky Limo reserves the right to charge for unplanned stops. Each stop including “Quick Grocery Shopping” would be charged $25 minimum fee and includes 15 minutes. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires. For international flights the first 45 minutes are free, all additional waiting time is billable. For domestic flights the first 30 minutes are free, all additional waiting time is billable. For private residence and hotel pickup the first 15 minutes are free. All additional waiting time is billable. Blue Sky Limo updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the airline or passenger(s). We charge waiting time for ‘Meet and Greet’ service at the airport. For all ‘Meet and Greet’ please be advised. On all airport arrival reservations, you will be considered a no-show after 30 minutes (45 minutes for international arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time.
BLUE SKY LIMO is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns due to weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures, etc.
The driver has the right to terminate the trip immediately without refund if there is any problem with inappropriate behavior of the clients.
All of our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We do not allow smoking, drugs or weapons in our vehicles. There will be $150 minimum penalty for all clean up, repair, missing or replacement caused by you or your guest.
In the event that a client becomes physically sick and soils the limo, $250 professional clean up/sanitation fee will be automatically added to basic limo charges.
Blue Sky Limo is not responsible for articles left in our vehicles.
