Please Read The Following Colorado Airport Shuttle Travel Policies Carefully

Please Note: The following policies are applicable to all our Colorado airport shuttle services including our Eagle Airport Shuttle, Airport Shuttle to Vail, Aspen Airport Shuttle, Beaver Creek Airport Shuttle, Keystone Airport Shuttle, Copper Mountain Airport Shuttle and Breckenridge Airport Shuttle services. Colorado Airport Shuttle Cancellation Policy:

We require a credit card to make a reservation. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the travel date are non-refundable. All “no-show” cancelled trips will be charged the full amount of the reservation, plus a 20% driver gratuity and waiting fee. Please avoid “no-call, no-shows” by calling (970)-376-7849 in the event of any changes to flights or personal circumstances. We will do our very best to accommodate you. All refunds issued outside of the 72 hour cancellation window will also be subject to a 7% credit processing fee.

Colorado Airport Shuttle Quotes:

If you received a quote regarding our airport shuttle service, please be aware that the rate is valid for 24 hours only. The availability of the fare cannot be guaranteed for any length of time. We sell out very quickly during the busy holiday season. Please be sure to book your airport transfer as soon as you are ready to avoid disappointment and/or higher rates due to increased demand. Please be aware that if you wait longer than 24 hours to book your airport shuttle service, that vehicle and that price might no longer be available.

Colorado Airport Shuttle Child Car Seats:

The State of Colorado mandates that all infants under 1 year of age or under 20lbs of weight, MUST travel in a rare facing child safety seat. All children between the ages of 1-4 years old can either ride in a forward or rear facing child safety seat. Children over the age of 4, may travel in a forward facing child safety seat or on a booster chair. If you have children traveling with your party, you may choose to bring your own child car seat or booster chair with you, or we can provide them for you at no additional cost (car seats are limited in availability, please let us know at the time of booking if you require child safety seats).

Colorado Airport Shuttle Pet Policy:

Blue Sky Limo will provide transportation to all registered ADA service animals. Please let us know at the time of booking your trip about your service animal requirements. Small cats and dogs are also allowed in our vehicles, provided they are well behaved and stay with a pet-carrier. The pets may lay on their owner’s laps if they are exceptionally well trained. Please be aware that if the pets cause any damage to the vehicles, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied.

Colorado Airport Shuttle Luggage Policy:

Passengers may bring as much luggage as they require, however please be aware that there are physical limitations as to how much we can fit into one vehicle. If you are concerned about the amount of luggage you will be arriving with, please call our reservations desk to confirm with an agent ahead of time. During winter months, all vehicles are equipped with rooftop boxes which allow for transporting several pairs of skis, poles, and snowboards. Our SUV’s can transport a lot of cargo, but if you have any doubts, please do confirm with us prior to your date of arrival.

Colorado Airport Shuttle Limitations of Liability:

Blue Sky Limo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by “acts of God” such as poor weather, traffic conditions, road repairs, and any other hazards. Any losses resulting from the missing of flights or travel connections are solely the responsibility of the traveling party. We always advise our customers to check weather and road conditions well in advance, and once again the day before travel to mediate any potential issues before they happen. If issues regarding weather, flight connections and so forth arise, please do let us know as soon as you can, so that we can try to find an alternate solution.

All personal belongings brought into our vehicles are 100% the sole responsibility of the traveling party. Blue Sky Limo will not be held responsible for any lost or missing articles during transit. Please keep you valuables with you at all times.
