2.Walking Mountains Science Center
This wonderful activity center provides locals and visitors the ability to explore and learn about the many amazing and beautiful features of the environment of the Colorado Rockies and learn about the history of Beaver Creek at the same time. This is natural science at it’s best. Groups of up to 10 people are taken from the center to various mountain paths and trails while trained naturalists describe the abundance of flora and wildlife with making special emphasis on environmental protection. The activities are suitable for people of all ages from pre-K to senior citizens. 3. Black Family Ice Rink
Ice skating is available year round in Beaver Creek. Yes, even during the summer months (though they do close for a couple of weeks each summer for some maintenance). You can’t miss the location, it’s right in the middle of Beaver Creek Village Plaza. You can bring your own skates which will make this a 100% free activity for the whole family, or you can rent skates there. Either way, this is a great fun activity that’s a perfect little break within your holiday. The rink is available to skate on from noon till 9pm during the winter, and varies in operation during the summer, so just be sure to ask some locals before you head out there to avoid any disappointments.

4.Beaver Creek Rodeo
Yes, there’s even a rodeo show in Beaver Creek every summer (how much more amazing can this place get right). The event takes place every Thursday night from end of June till mid-August. The rodeos feature the usual assortment of activities such as Bronco riding, roping, bull riding, and so much more! It’s a super fun activity for the whole family that the kids absolutely love just as much as the grownups.
