Blue SkyLimo LLC Merchandise Return Policy

At Blue SkyLimo LLC, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your merchandise, the following policy applies to physical items purchased from the Blue Sky Limo Gift Store, including but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, and souvenirs. Please note this policy does not relate in any way to the airport shuttle transportation services offered by our company.   1. Timeframe: You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Return Process: To return your product, please mail it to FAO: Merchant Returns, Blue Sky Limo, 1300 N Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO 81658. Include a note explaining the reason for your return. If you require further assistance, you can reach us at 970-236-7578 or via email at [email protected].
  3. Condition of the Item: Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  4. Receipt Requirement: There is no need to include a receipt with your return. We keep records of all transactions, products, and customers.
  5. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days, minus any shipping fees.
  7. Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  8. Exchange Policy: In the event of incorrect sizing due to customer error, we will send a replacement upon receipt of the original item in brand new condition (the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees). If we have sent the incorrect size or wrong product, we will send a replacement free of charge. In this case, we require the customer to send us a photo of the wrong item received, including the size label.
  9. International Returns: Currently, we only sell our merchandise within the United States and do not process international returns.
  10. Exceptions: This return policy applies only to physical merchandise purchased from the Blue Sky Limo Gift Store. It does not apply to our airport shuttle transportation services.
